Yoga Class
Tiffany obtained her yoga certification through Slippery Rock University in the summer of 2020 and has been looking to share her practice with others. Her yoga is based on relaxation, rejuvenation, and alignment. It is open to all levels. She recommends bringing a yoga mat, yoga block, a blanket, and a bolster (or a blanket). The studio does have a few extras if needed! Keep an eye out for POP UP classes!
